Cookie Policy
Last updated: January 21, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Premium Web Solution ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on premiumwebsolution.com (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage.
2. Cookie categories we use
- Strictly necessary — required to run the Site and cannot be switched off. These include session and security tokens (e.g. keeping you signed in to the admin area) and remembering your cookie preference itself. No consent is required by law for these.
- Preferences — remember choices you make (such as dismissing the cookie banner). Loaded only after you accept.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Loaded only after you accept.
- Marketing — used to measure the performance of any advertising campaigns. Loaded only after you accept.
3. Cookies currently in use
At the time this policy was last updated, we only use strictly-necessarycookies and local storage — for session persistence, authentication of the admin area, remembering your cookie-consent choice, and preserving your chatbot session id so conversations continue across page reloads. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or tracking cookies today. If we enable any such technology in the future, we will update this policy and require your consent through the cookie banner before it loads.
4. Managing your consent
When you first visit the Site, our cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential, or customise categories under Preferences. You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Manage cookie preferences" in the footer.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the Site (such as signing in to admin).
5. Do Not Track
Because there is no industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not currently respond to DNT headers, but we honour the choice you make in our cookie banner.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our Site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
